Welcome to www.walescottages.com - a website for four Wales Tourist Board accredited self catering holiday cottages, Bwthyn Y Saer, Hafod Y Wennol, Y Stabl and Ty Cerbyd. The turn of the century cottages lie on a farm in the ancient hamlet of Cilybebyll (thought to have been where the Romans at Neath spent leisure time), near Pontardawe.

Bwthyn Y Saer, once an estate carpenter's workshop and Hafod Y Wennol, once a stable block are on opposite sides of the farm courtyard, which is situated  on the bank of the upper reaches of the picturesque River Clydach where wildlife flourishes.

High hills of blue pennant sandstone provide a romantic background to the Welsh holiday cottages. Visitors may roam 120 acres of surrounding farmland which includes Welsh national award winning woodland. Extensive hillside areas provide wonderful views of the Swansea Valley, Swansea Bay and  Brecon Beacons National Park.

IDEAL LOCATION FOR TOURING THE BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK, THE GOWER PENINSULA, PEMBROKESHIRE COAST NATIONAL PARK, AND THE CITIES OF SWANSEA & CARDIFF.
